is it even possible to finish the second stage?

SolIgnis responds:

yes it is :D, thanks for playing!

The extent to which resources have to managed is unreasonable. The budget is too tight to defend more than one room at a time sometimes, and having to run back to the other parts of the ship to deconstruct all your defenses when you'll have to rebuild them a minute later becomes terribly frustrating, especially considering if you leave a room unguarded for long you'll have to dump some of your overly-limited resources into repairs. Fun stuff, but not fun enough to put up with for more than two or three plays.

rottenmage responds:

Hi LordXanthus, thank you for your very constructive feedback! We've designed the endless mode to be especially relentless, so it was intentional for players to deconstruct turrets every so often to obtain the required amount of metal. We probably have to pay a little more attention to the difficulty though, lest this whole process becomes tedious. Look out for the full version of the game, it'll have more modes and features =). Again, thanks for playing!

I got near to 200 coins on the original Flappy Bird, and I just can't get more than three on this. Some of those jumps can fail if you're off by a fucking pixel. -1 for being too mean of a game to ever play again. Fun while it lasted, though. Nice, frustrating work.

keybol responds:

so can you say, Flappy Bird is too easy compared to this? Yay!

ohmigawd flappy sonic whoooooooo

I must share the complaint about the failure to flap without fail every time you hit the button taking away from the experience, though.

bumblebirds responds:

You can only flap while falling, it felt really weird otherwise. If you meant something else then that might be a bug (shhhh...). Glad you liked it though!

Great quiz, but...

...Allow a Sony fan to set the record straight for you. The Playstation had precious little to do with Philips. Nintendo was actually working with the Sony corporation in 1988 to develop the "Nintendo Playstation." Sony offered a lot of technical assistance in the development of what was going to be a revolutionary CD Rom-based addition to the Super Nintendo.

However, in 1991, Nintendo made the mistake of stabbing Sony in the back by developing a new CD gaming system with Philips. Not ones to take this lying down, Sony decided to push forward using the original Playstation design they had created with Nintendo. Nintendo wasn't using it, after all.

In fact, if you open up an old Super Nintendo, you will notice Sony parts inside of it, such as the sound system. Nintendo should take full responsiblity for their current console failures, for turning their backs on a business partner.

Great quiz, though. Full of memories.

MajinPiccolo responds:

Very interesting, thanks for that. Didn't know that, I was under the impression Nintendo made a deal with Sony for a CD-Addon and Sony left to make their own system.

Not bad.

This looks like it took a lot of work, so I must apologize for being such a critic, but there is much room for improvement here. There's the lag, for one thing. There are also some gameplay issues. It would be nice if the Katamari were to crash into the larger objects, and as much as I hate them, a time limit might help. It's fun, but there's virtually no challenge here. In any case, nice work. I gave it a 4.

Foreverkul responds:

Nice review, I hope you will enjoy my future games :D

Now THAT's how you make an addictive game!

I love this game! It's simple, yet overwhelmingly addictive. I love a good mouse shooter, and the whole salvation/damnation mechanic made it even more fun! It can get really frantic in the later levels. I find it hard to resist the temptation to damn all the sheep!

I do have one bitch, though. When the game speeds up, the sheep and goats become harder to catch, and not because they're moving too fast, either. I was clicking right on them, and nothing was happening. Yes, I have Flash Player 8, so it's a flaw in the game itself.

Anyway, this is a great game you have here. Hopefully, I'll see more from you in the future.

BoMToons responds:

Thanks for the great review, I haven't been able to track down the mouse bug, probably cuz I can't get past wave 13. :)

You sure are a dumb son of a bitch, aren't you?

Far too many of these questions were opinion based. The majority of the answers were subjective, and I'm not willing to play through it enough to learn all of your opinions. Furthermore, if you've only made two submissions to the Portal, no matter how high scoring they are, you don't even HAVE a batting average yet. Get your shit together, boy.

axeman666 responds:

it was a trick question.

Nice set of games!

This is a great compilation game! The graphics were alright, and the sound was decent, if not a bit repetitive. The concept of the game was pretty funny. I especially liked the idea of a "puppy soul powered elevator." The gameplay was decent, but I did have a problem with the escape game. I could avoid those rockets all day, but it gets quite boring. Is there an end to that mission?

baskotoiea responds:

nope no end just get as far as possible, i think ill make the flying game harder. i am getting alot of coments about that.

Not bad.

I've seen worse shooting games on Newgrounds, and this one will certainly ride through on the anti-Bush wave. It was funny and sort of entertaining, but far too basic. The graphics need some improvement. I would like to have seen some more weapons, new levels, and some good blood and gore effects. Furthermore, while you're at it, perhaps you could add in some more enemies, like Cheney, Bin Laden, and the rest of those terrorists. In any case, not a bad game.

fungus-shark408 responds:

I made a Bin Laden one but it got BLAMMED.
